If your Landlord or Estate Agent has a question about our product you can ask them to email info@rentguarantor.com and one of our team will reply to any questions they may have.
A great way of downloading your credit report for free is by going to MoneySavingExpert's Credit Club site and signing up there. You can then download your full credit report with all the necessary details, absolutely free. You won't need to sign up for a free trial or enter any card numbers.

Payment FAQ’s
Yes. There will be a small administration charge of £20 for processing your application. This is non-refundable.
The amount quoted to you for your RentGuarantor service fee would need to be paid once your Estate Agent or Landlord have confirmed they are happy to accept you for the property and us as your guarantor.
You will have the option to pay in full or pay in instalments via either PayPal or Payl8r (subject to their acceptance). Click here to read more.
About Rent Guarantor Product
No, we currently only offer the service for residential properties.
During the Tenancy
Not under normal circumstances, no. However, should a Tenant fail to pay according to the terms of a repayment arrangement made with RentGuarantor Limited, if a court approves, interest may be legally added to the amount outstanding at a current rate of 3% over the UK bank base rate.
Managing an Application
When we've assessed your application based on the information submitted we may require more information or clarification.
You'll be notified by email and asked to log in and provide this information.
When you log into your account you'll see the relevant field showing "Your action is required" notifying you of the section which we need clarity on.
Application Process
We require a valid, in-date photo ID, we accept the following documents:
Passport
Drivers Licence
CitizenCard
Foreign ID card
Government of Local Authority issued ID which shows Name, Date of Birth & Photo
We do require Photo ID for all applications, if you are unable to provide one of the above, we will be unable to accept your application. Please note: if you have recently changed your name, we will request to see corresponding documents confirming this change
Credit related FAQ’s
