We don’t just help tenants without a rent guarantor to secure homes; we help to keep them there. That could mean temporarily supporting them should they find themselves in arrears, or mediating issues before they reach court. It’s a safety net that can make all the difference, especially to anyone trying to get back on their feet after a period experiencing homelessness.
